You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tetherflow.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tetherflow.ai from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
